We want you to be happy with your purchases, so we feel bad when there is a problem with your order.
We allow returns for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT for 14 days from the time you received your item. Please contact me by email with your order number within those 14 days, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

As a small business, we do not have a large stock of items, so if you would like to try a different size, or color, you will want to contact me quickly for your EXCHANGE.
If you find you do not like the item at all and would like to return it, we are sorry that it didn’t work out for you, but we understand that sometimes happens. Please follow the steps below to return an eligible item for STORE CREDIT.
Items returned for STORE CREDIT or exchange must be in sellable condition. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and have no smell of smoke or traces of makeup. Tags must be attached. Shoe boxes must be included with shoes.
We regret that we are not able to accept the following for return:
- Clearance Items
- Items purchased with a DISCOUNT GREATER THAN 20%
Steps for returning your item for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT:
- Place product securely in bag or box for shipping
- Include a note along with the product listing your name, order #, phone #, and reason for return
- Securely tape up your package
- Label package with your return address & shipping address:
- Send package back to us (we can email you a return label upon request)
Once the item has been received back, we will process your EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT. Please allow time for your return to process!
